What we’re looking for?
We are looking for a passionate, high-caliber Visual Designer to join our creative crew. Operating as an individual contributor, you will be the primary creative force driving our internal and external communications. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and digital teams to design high-impact visuals that resonate with our target audience.
What you’ll do?
- Drive Engagement: Create compelling, high-converting visual designs across multiple digital and print channels.
- Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure all concepts, assets, and layouts align seamlessly with our overall branding strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate Dynamically: Partner with content writers and stakeholders to translate abstract concepts, scripts, and discussions into powerful visual stories.
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Qualification: A bachelor's degree in fine arts (BFA) or Design (B.Des).
- Experience: 2.5 to 5.5 years of proven experience designing brand identities, social media assets, brochures, posters, banners, and digital marketing collateral.
- Tools: Advanced expertise in industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
- Core Skill: Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a strong eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
