Presales Solution Expert

What we're looking for?

We are looking for a Presales Solutions Expert to join our growing presales team in Pune. This role plays a critical part in shaping how we present our technical capabilities and customer success stories to prospective clients.

What you’ll be doing ?

• As a Presales Solutions Expert, you will be part of the core presales function, working closely with technical leads, sales, and marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the value we deliver to our customers and translate that into persuasive proposals and solution documents. Your efforts will directly impact how we communicate our strengths and improve our ability to win new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full deal lifecycle – post opportunity qualification to closure.
• Create standardized Presales artefacts (Proposals, Technical presentations, Cost calculators, Solution / architecture documents, customer journeys to corroborate our expertise
• Work closely with the sales, engineering, architecture, and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals.
• Build and maintain a structured knowledge base of reusable content to enhance efficiency and consistency in future proposals.

To be successful in this role, you should have
Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• MBA from a premier institute is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a presales or managing solution design for new opportunities.

Technical Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience building software products/applications using standard technologies such as Java, React, etc.
• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle and related technologies.

Skills

• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation abilities with an eye for clarity and precision.
• Proven experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing.

Must have skills:

• Experience in building software products/applications using standard technologies (e.g., Java, React, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software product development lifecycle and related technologies.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation abilities with clarity and precision.
• Ability to manage the full deal lifecycle (from opportunity qualification to closure).
• Work closely with sales, engineering, architecture, and marketing teams for proposals.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to create presales artefacts (proposals, technical presentations, cost calculators, solution/architecture documents, customer journeys).

Good To have

• Experience in creating standardized presales artefacts and reusable proposal templates.
• Exposure to product marketing or solution architecture practices.
• Experience building and maintaining a structured knowledge base of reusable content for efficiency and consistency.
