We are looking for a Director of Engineering who can lead development teams across a portfolio of 8-10 products. You will be responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and new technology implementation within these teams. This role offers the opportunity to build exciting products, innovate, and address hard problems using the latest technologies to deliver value-added services to customers.
You will lead a team comprised of exceptional engineers selected from the top 2% engineering colleges in India and will work closely with the Senior Leadership team. Together, you'll design and implement strategies to ensure the achievement of operational and business parameters for your group.

What are we looking for? To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 15+ years of experience in managing delivery for customers across diverse domains and technologies.
- BE/BTech from one of IITs, NITs, or BITS.
- Development expertise in at least one tech stack - Web, Enterprise, or Data.
- Understanding of design, QA, DevOps techniques, and best practices.
- Leadership skills to ensure timely and quality customer deliverables. Track progress by implementing frameworks for planning, tracking, and team productivity in a remote setup.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with customers by aligning with their business goals, anticipating technical challenges, and implementing solutions proactively.
- A knack for identifying innovation opportunities and solving technically hard problems to ensure product success.
- Proficiency in driving people planning, hiring, retention, and leadership development within your teams.
- Involvement in pre-sales activities, including creating proposals, engaging with prospects, and contributing to organizational revenue.
- Participation in at least one major organization-wide initiative.
- Experience in managing business growth, revenue, and profitability for your teams.
- The ability to collaborate with other functions and expert groups, coupled with strong people management skills and talent development.
