What we're looking for?

We're looking for a passionate Visual Designer to join our creative crew. As an individual contributor, you'll be the creative force behind our internal and external communications, working closely with our digital and communications teams to deliver impactful messages to our desired target audience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create impactful designs to attract, engage and convert the target audience across different channels
• Ensure every concept & design aligns perfectly with our overall branding strategy and marketing initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Qualification: A bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts or related field from NID.
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in designing campaigns, social media posts, case studies, brochures, posters, presentations, websites and more.

Skills:

• The ability to visually tell a story based on written scripts and discussions with writers and other team members
• Expertise in design software like Illustrator, Figma
