Hence, we are looking for passionate and motivated Machine Learning Engineers. Machine Learning Team The Machine Learning team works under the purview of the Technology Excellence Group at Talentica Software. The goal of this team is to solve problems and build relevant data-driven algorithms. Hence, problems involving statistics, optimization, computer vision, and natural language processing are of interest to this group. You will also be responsible on working closely with the product engineering teams to enable product features and solve challenges for startups using Machine Learning.
Must-haves:
- Excellent programming skills. Must be able to implement complex algorithms in Python.
- Hands-on experience with the use of standard image processing and machine learning libraries, such as OpenCV, Tensorflow, and Keras.
Good to have:
- Experience with Mongo/Cassandra/PostgreSQL/Neo4J.
- Credited courses focused on linear algebra, stochastic models, pattern recognition, design and analysis of algorithms, and machine learning.
- Interest in computer vision algorithms for video, shape recognition, matching, and retrieval applications.
You should:
- Have industry experience of at least 5-10 years.
- BE/BTech from IIT, NIT, IISc, BITS Pilani, IIIT Hyderabad, VJTI, COEP, ISI, etc.
- Have the desire to work in a startup environment.
- Be capable of converting theory to practice by reading relevant papers.
- Be capable of conceiving original ideas and coding them as working algorithms.
