We are currently seeking a talented DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for building tools that facilitate developing and deploying polyglot services. As a hands- on contributor, you will create and manage a continuous, multi-data-center system. Your tasks will include writing and maintaining Chef Cookbooks, CI Jobs that build assets and Docker containers. Moreover, you will be contributing back to the open-source community and mentoring and guiding your highly skilled team members.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A B.E/B.Tech from one of the reputed institutes with 5 to 7 years of experience.
- A solid foundation in AWS (Amazon Web Services), with at least 2.5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Command Line, Linux, Git, AWS, Vagrant, CI, and Docker.
- Skills and the ability to identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks.
- A strong understanding of distributed systems in general.
- Experience in designing and operating massively scalable distributed systems.
- Strong programming skills and a deep knowledge of data structures.
- Basic understanding of relational and NoSQL data stores.
- A passion for using and developing open-source technologies like Kafka, Cassandra, Zookeeper, Hadoop, and Mesos.
- Work on critical business problems, innovate, and express your opinions.
- The desire to be a star performer in a high-performance DevOps team that continuously seeks challenges and compels you to push your limits.
