The Problem
Adding autonomous behavior
breaks legacy architecture
Your customers rely on your product working exactly the way it does today. Turing it agentic means creating workflows that can think, decide, and act independently. That brings new ways for things to go wrong, new risks to customer data, and new rules your current setup was never built for. Get it wrong and you don’t just ship a bad feature. You put the trust your customers already have in you at risk.
What we do
By De-risking your product reinvention
We help you find the right workflows, prove they will work, build the agents, and roll them out. We keep risk low at every step.
We go through your product and find the places where AI agents will help most. You get a clear list of what to build first, with cost and effort worked out.
- Workflow review
- Gap report
- Starting roadmap
Your product was built for people clicking through screens. We rework it so agents can do that work too, and so your pricing still makes sense when one agent does the job of many users.
- Agent roles
- Usage based pricing
- Architecture redesign
We add chat, smart suggestions, and approval steps to the screens you already have. Your users get the benefit of AI without having to learn your product again.
- Copilot design
- Approval flows
- Human in the loop
We clean up and reshape your APIs so agents can use them safely and correctly. That way agents can take real action in your product without breaking things.
- API cleanup
- Access controls
- Data layer
AI features can quietly eat your profit because they cost a lot to run. We find where the token costs are flowing and bring them down, so your AI features stay profitable as usage grows.
- Cost tracking
- Token optimization
- Model selection
Big customers won’t adopt AI agents until they can see they are secure and under control. We build in the security, audit records, and controls they ask for before they sign.
- Audit trails
- Access controls
- Governance
Proof, not promises
Transformed, not rebuilt
A 10 year old channel marketing platform
This was a 10 year old platform built on .NET, Node.js, SQL Server, and Postgres. It had no AI and no APIs made for AI. First, we got it ready for AI by adding APIs and a data lake. Then we tested one copilot with a human checking its work and rolled it out. There was no rewrite and no downtime for existing customers.
A subscription billing platform
Users had to jump between several modules to reach invoices, contracts, and payments. Also, there was no way to add AI without losing control. We added 7 read only agents on top of the existing platform, all working under one central agent. That agent reads requests and gives the okay, but every transaction is still done by a person.
A global ad tech platform
AI agents had multiplied faster than the rules around them. They were built separately, with no central list and a different security setup for every project. We split the control layer from the work layer and gave every agent one registry, one gateway, and one way to roll back.

How we work
From finding the right workflow to a production rollout
Identify
We find the workflows worth turning into agents and estimate the ROI before committing to anything.
Assess
We look into your architecture and build a quick prototype, so you know the cost, effort, and timeline up front before committing.
Redesign
We design a human–agent collaboration model, including what the agent handles and what stays a human decision.
Transform
We get your product ready for AI by building the APIs, the data layer, and the agent coordination. Then we build the agents on top.
Every stage delivers something real before the next one starts, and every architecture decision is handed to you in writing.

FAQs
What differentiates the two approaches is that the bot only answers questions while the agentic product gets work done. It plans the course of action, uses your product’s APIs to do the work, and double-checks with the user at every step. We build that on top of whatever you already have using agent-ready APIs, copilots baked right into the existing screens, and approval workflows to make sure your users aren’t doing more work than they already do.
Yes, you can. At Talentica, we add agent capabilities on top of your existing product, in stages, and we test at each stage. First come agent-ready APIs and a data layer. Then a single copilot with human review. Then you roll it out more broadly. We did it for a 10-year-old channel marketing platform built on .NET, Node.js, SQL Server and Postgres. They went from no AI to agentic in six months, with no rewrite and no downtime for their existing customers.
The audit takes about two weeks. We review your product’s workflows, identify where agents will provide the highest value, and deliver a gap report and initial roadmap, including the cost and effort of each workflow in the audit. It’s a fixed fee, so you know exactly what that first step costs before you commit.
It is a prioritized list of which workflows to turn into agents first, with the costs, effort, projected time-to-delivery, data access, and limitations for each. At Talentica, it is created in roughly two weeks in the course of the readiness audit. The first three to five days are spent prioritizing your workflows by ROI. We then spend the next week reviewing your architecture and testing the top candidates using a rapid prototype, so you are not wasting engineering budget on a solution that will not work.
Build when the agent touches your core workflows, your proprietary data, or your competitive edge. Buy when the workflow is generic and can be solved by a third-party solution. Note that when you buy, you hire vendors and pay for each processed operation, and this cost increases exponentially with the number of operations. When you build, you have full control of your data and keep the margin. During the first three to five days, we analyze and evaluate every proposed process and workflow in terms of ROI before making a decision.
Because one wrong autonomous action can destroy hard-earned customer trust. With human-in-the-loop, the agent does the work, but a human approves the critical actions. The Redesign stage of the Talentica platform determines what the agent will handle and what a human will perform. On a subscription billing platform, we built seven read-only agents under one central agent. They surfaced and prepared everything, and a person completed every transaction. Fast for users, and safe for their money.
Orchestration turns a bunch of separate agents into one controlled system. We keep the control layer separate from the work layer, so every agent is listed in one registry, routed through one gateway, and has a shared rollback mechanism. Such infrastructure allowed us to unify 10 separately built agents on a global ad tech platform under a single control point.
If one agent is doing the work of several users, per-seat pricing will shrink your revenue as your customers embrace your new AI. SaaS companies typically address this by switching to a usage-based or hybrid pricing model. Seat to Agent Re-Architecture at Talentica allows you to redefine the roles of agents and your architecture so that you can measure and monetize usage of your agents accurately.
Every AI call burns tokens, and AI features can silently erode gross margin as their usage grows. Talentica’s AI Feature Margin Engineering identifies where token spend goes and reduces it through token optimization and right-sizing the model, so AI features stay profitable at scale.
