Since 2003, Talentica has built software exclusively for tech companies — from early-stage startups to enterprises. We’ve partnered with startups from their earliest stages through to successful acquisitions, doing the kind of deep product and engineering work that moves a company’s valuation, not generalist consulting or staff augmentation. Our ~600-person team is among the strongest in the industry, drawn heavily from the IITs and NITs — which means the solutions you’ll sell are genuinely differentiated, and the work is demanding enough that you’ll keep learning regardless of how senior you are.
What we're looking for?
Passionate individual who can own Talentica's US sales for the startup segment end to end: build the pipeline, run the deals, and shape how we sell in our most important market. There's no inherited playbook — you'll write it.
What you'll own:
- The full US startup sales charter, from first conversation to close.
- The US deal cycle as the closer, with an inside sales team driving top-of-funnel.
- Relationships with founders, CTOs, and product leaders.
- Selling high-value AI and product engineering work — not commoditized staffing.
- Positioning and go-to-market as we scale globally.
What we need:
- 6–10 years in IT services sales, with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals face-to-face with senior buyers (not phone-only SaaS sales).
- Proven ability to independently build pipeline and close.
- Enough technical fluency to hold your own with engineering and product leaders.
- Comfort operating without structure; willingness to travel to the US 5–6 times a year.
- B.Tech from an IIT, or MBA from IIM / ISB.
- Exposure to product companies, startups, or engineering services.
