Talentica Software, one of the most promising Product-Dev companies in the Indian start-up ecology, is looking for a Technical Manager (.Net) for Pune. As a key player of the product-development organization of Talentica Software you will play an integral role in our growth strategy. You'll be a Technical Manager owning customer’s product idea, vision and goals. You'll also be motivating your teams to achieve high standards of design, scale and deliverables and be managing critical software development processes to improve the quality of work.

• Lead high performing product-development team (we hire grads from IITs/NITs and select few other colleges only)

Basics we are looking for:

• B.E/B.Tech degree from one of these colleges only – IIT/NIT/BHU/BITS/ISM/COEP/VJTI
• Thorough experience (8-10 years) of designing, developing and testing applications in .Net and Microsoft technologies
• Experience or knowledge of any Open Source technologies would be desired
