Nitin oversees the definition and execution of the company's strategy, provides organizational leadership and directs all aspects of the company’s day to day operations.

Nitin brings in over 22 years of experience in successfully running and growing companies. Before founding Talentica, he was instrumental in setting up and expanding Indian operations of eGain Communications Corporation, a leading CRM software company. From 1989 to 1997, Nitin was a partner in Asian Power, a marketing firm based in Mumbai.

Nitin holds a Master’s degree from Marquette University and a BTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Manjusha is responsible for Talentica’s technology vision and product engineering excellence. Under her direction, Talentica has successfully built over 20 products for its customers.

Manjusha has over 23 years of experience in building software products in various assignments. Prior to founding Talentica, she was the Director in charge of Indian Engineering Team of California based eGain Communications. Manjusha led the development effort for EX – NGN, one of India’s leading accounting software during her stint at Tata Consultancy Services before this.

Manjusha holds a Masters degree from Northwestern University and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Manjusha is also a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs(TiE).

Ashish is responsible for leading Talentica’s business growth across North America and Europe. He oversees all sales and marketing operations at Talentica.

Ashish brings over 13 years of experience in business development, sales and consulting. Prior to joining Talentica, Ashish was responsible for expanding business for Persistent Systems in EMEA. He has previously worked with organizations like Oracle Financial Services, Infosys and Talisma amongst others.

Ashish holds a Masters degree in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, India and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of Pune.

Arunav leads all teams engaged in development of enterprise applications using C/C++ based technologies.

Prior to joining Talentica, he worked at GSSL, India since December 2002. Before joining GSSL ,Arunav was a part of Integraph India Limited.

Arunav holds a B. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Aniket handles development of all products using JAVA, PHP and other open source technologies.

Aniket brings over 10 years of product development experience to Talentica. Prior to Talentica, he worked in the R&D department of COSL, (a wholly owned subsidiary of Citigroup) to build reusable components which automated workflows that are common in banking applications.

Aniket holds a BE degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur.

Sanjoy handles the development of various mobile products and Web 2.0 applications using Java, PHP and other open source technologies.

Sanjoy has over 8 years of experience in developing highly scalable products on the mobile and web platform. Prior to Talentica, he was with OEM Technological Instruments.

Sanjoy holds a B.Tech degree from National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
