Board of Directors

Nitin Shimpi, a cofounder of Talentica, has served on its board of directors since its inception in 2003. Nitin is also a director on the board of Nitman Software Pvt Ltd, a company engaged in developing products for SMBs in India. Nitin served as a VP Indian Operations of eGain Communications Corporation from 2000 to 2003. Prior to eGain, Nitin served as a partner in Asian Power. He holds an MS degree from Marquette University, and a BTech from IIT – Mumbai.

Manjusha Madabushi has served on Talentica’s board of directors since it was founded in 2003. Manjusha is also a director on the board of Nitman Software Pvt Ltd, known for India’s leading recruitment softwares, Talentpool and Talentscout. Prior to founding Talentica and Nitman, Manjusha served as VP India Engineering Operations at eGain Communications. Manjusha spent the first 10 years of her career working for Tata Consultancy Services. Manjusha holds an MS in CSEE from Northwestern University, and BTech from IIT – Mumbai.

VBS Mani joined Talentica’s board of directors in 2008. He is a cofounder and executive director of Virgo Engineers Ltd, a global leader in valve manufacturing with operations in India, Italy, USA, UK, Malaysia and UAE. He started his career with a stint in Larsen and Toubro Ltd where he led the sales efforts in Mumbai, Chennai and Singapore regions. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University.
